The passage would be considered nonfiction, because it is giving you real facts about High Falls State Park. If you Google "High Falls State Park" as I did, you'll find a link to the High Falls State Park website itself. The passage also gives you information that you can find on the website, as I noticed that the passage and the website both mention that the park is located in Georgia and its acreage is 1,050.
