There are many benefits you stand to gain from abstinence and one of them is that it gives you more opportunities to develop healthy relationships. Also because of less time spent in a serious relationship you get quality time to concentrate on what matters most, and you are able to excel in your academic studies.There is a greater chance for you of academic success.
