The rhythm of the excerpt supports the theme of the poem, because the rhythm is consistent, and Poe celebrates the simplicity of young love.

And here is why I think so...

At this point in the poem, we still don't see anything bad that is about to happen. He is just talking about a young woman whose only care in the world is to love the narrator, and be loved by him. Later on in the poem we will see why that is impossible, but here, there is still no word about that.

I hoped this helped! :)

1. Read the sentence. Carol is dedicated to the study of marine life. Which supporting details is least supportive of the main i
Nutka1998 [239]
The correct answer is Carol has a cottage near the shore.
This supporting detail has nothing to do with her study of marine life. She could have this cottage because she inherited it, or she just likes the place - it doesn't really contribute to her love or study of marine life. The other options clearly support why she is studying marine life, whereas the one with the cottage does not.

timurjin [86]

Answer:

By meditating on the topic/ subject.

Explanation:

Romanticism is the era of the literary scene where the writers and authors 'romanticize' the life issues. They focus on the things that are melancholy or woeful. Emerging towards the end of the 18th century, the age/ period laid emphasis on the emotion of the individuals, it also focuses on the 'individualization' of things. According to the romantic theory, the creation or writing of any poem is a result of the meditation of the poet.
