It occurs due to <u>disagreement between two parties over values, motivation, perception, ideas and desire</u>. The problem solving steps that should be taken to resolve the conflicts are,

1. Active Listening: it begins with <u>intently focusing</u>. Make notes, it will help in clearing up the confusion related to the argument.

2. Open Communication: Open communication will <u>help in analyzing the situation and identify the solution to solve it</u> with all the possible pros and cons. By this method both the parties can check in on one another and make sure that both ends of the agreement are being upheld.

4. Let the person explain themselves: you will be more promising to handle the situation to find a solution when you <u>have taken your time to listen, think and plan</u>.

5. Out of the clients prospective try to narrow down the number of appropriate solution and choose a solution depending on the clients prospective and your analysis and apply the selected solution.
