<span>The better the RSM dissolves in the solvent, the higher the Rf (retention factor) will be, and the further the RSM will move. If the RSM is a polar compound, increasing the polarity of the solvent will increase the Rf of the RSM. If the RSM isn't a polar compound, an increasingly polar solvent will decrease the Rf.</span>

A newspaper story describing the local celebration of Mole Day on October 23 (selected for Avogadro's number, 6.02 X 10^ 23 ) at
stepladder [879]

Answer:

The answer is "670.176 km".

Explanation:

Volume of the occupies of one  M & M= 0.5 \ cm^3\\\\

M&M 1 mole= 6.02 \times 10^{23}\\\\

Calculating volume of M& M mole=  0.5 \ cm^3 \times 6.02 \times 10^{23}=3.01 \times 10^{23}\ cm^3\\\\

Calculating the cube moleL^3= 3.01 \times 10^{23}\ cm^3\\\\

L=6.70176 \times 10^{7}\ cm\\\\

   =6.70176 \times 10^{7}\ cm \times \frac{1\ m}{100\ cm}\\\\=670176\ m\\\\=670.176 \ km

Therefore 18 tractor trailers wouldn't be sufficient.

A 3 L pocket of air at sea level has a pressure of 100 atm. Suppose the air pockets rise in the atmosphere to a certain height a
liraira [26]

Answer:

30 atm

Explanation:

Initial Volume, V1 = 3L

Initial Pressure, P1 = 100 atm

Final Volume V2 = 10 L

Final Pressure, P2 = ?

These quantities are related by the Boyle's law equation which is given as;

V1P1 = V2P2

P2 = V1 * P1  /  V2

P2 = 3 * 100 / 10

P2 = 30 atm

Which of the following is a difference between electromagnetic waves and sound waves?
-BARSIC- [3]

Sound waves are longitudinal waves that is, are transmitted in the same direction of oscillation of the particles in the medium. Electromagnetic waves are transverse ie, the electric and magnetic fields, which are perpendicular to each other, oscillate perpendicularly to the direction of wave propagation.

Help me plsss
Yuki888 [10]

Answer:

8.34

Explanation:

1) how much moles of NH₃ are in the reaction;

2) how much moles of H₂ are in the reaction;

3)  the required mass of the H₂.

all the details are in the attachment; the answer is marked with red colour.

Note1: M(NH₃) - molar mass of the NH₃, constant; M(H₂) - the molar mass of the H₂, constant; ν(NH₃) - quantity of NH₃; ν(H₂) - quantity of H₂.

Note2: the suggested solution is not the shortest one.
