<span>The better the RSM dissolves in the solvent, the higher the Rf (retention factor) will be, and the further the RSM will move. If the RSM is a polar compound, increasing the polarity of the solvent will increase the Rf of the RSM. If the RSM isn't a polar compound, an increasingly polar solvent will decrease the Rf.</span>

Cold packs are used to treat minor injuries. Some cold packs contain NH4NO3(s) and a small packet of water at room temperature b
Anastasy [175]
These types of reactions are called endothermic reactions. This is when the system absorbs the heat from the surrounding. In this case, the system is the chemical reaction and the environment is the direct vicinity of the chemical reaction. You notice that the pack becomes cold because heat from the surrounding is being absorb.

The bonds involved in this substance includes ionic bonding and polar covalent.

An acidic solution at 25°c will have a hydronium ion concentration ________ and a ph value ________.
lesantik [10]

The given question is incomplete. The complete question is:

An acidic solution at 25°C will have a hydronium ion concentration ________ and a pH value ________.

[H_3O^+] > 1\times 10^{-7} M, pH < 7.00

[H_3O^+] < 1\times 10^{-7}, pH < 7.00

[H_3O^+] < 1\times 10^{-7},, pH > 7.00

[H_3O^+] > 1\times 10^{-7},, pH > 7.00

Answer: [H_3O^+] > 1\times 10^{-7} M, pH < 7.00

Explanation:

pH or pOH is the measure of acidity or alkalinity of a solution.

pH is calculated by taking negative logarithm of hydrogen ion concentration.

Acids have pH ranging from 1 to 6.9, bases have pH ranging from 7.1 to 14 and neutral solutions have pH equal to 7.

pH=-\log [H_3O^+]

7=-log[H_3O^+]

[H_3O^+]=10^{-7}

As pH of acids is less than 7, the hydronium ion concentration is greater than

Thus the correct option is [H_3O^+] > 1\times 10^{-7} M, pH < 7.00
