Answer: Myasthenia gravis

Explanation:

Myasthenia gravis is a weakness and rapid fatigue of muscles under voluntary control. It is caused by a breakdown in communication between muscles and nerves. As the affected muscle is being used, the weakness worsens. Since it improves with rest, the weakness comes and goes, but it progresses over time and reaches its worst within a couple of years after it starts.

It affects any of the muscle that is controlled voluntarily. It is caused by antibodies that block the protein that forms the nerve-muscular junction. Treatment depends on age, severity of the disease and the growth rate of the disease. Medications, intravenous therapy, surgery are treatment methods for the disease.

Answer:

Target Heart Rate

Explanation:

Target heart rate is generally expressed as a percentage (usually between 50 percent and 85 percent) of your maximum safe heart rate. The maximum rate is based on your age, as subtracted from 220. So for a 50-year-old, maximum heart rate is 220 minus 50, or 170 beats per minute.
