Two recently replicated DNA double helices joined before the mitosis is -Sister chromatids.

Explanation:

The similar replicated copies of chromosomes that are formed by DNA in an living organism is well known as ‘sister chromatids’. Both these copies are bound together by centromere that is common in both. These pair of chromatid is recognized as ‘dyad’.  

Through the mitosis, these pairs are divided or separated.  The cohesion of this chromatid is essential for an accurate genetic information distribution between repairing of damaged chromosomes and daughter cells.
