However, a wrong prediction can result in dangerous natural incidents.  This problem can be a reason of lack of knowledge or complexity of situation. We should only depend on probabilities then.

This increases the risks in handling such situations. However, certain steps should be taken immediately after the occurrence of the disaster and some basic preparations should always be present in order to fight the wrath of nature.
