You can determine if a source has quality information by doing these thing.
You can look at who wrote the information. This can sometimes signal if it has quality. Like if they are a college graduate, and are qualified to know the information.
You can look at what point of view it is written. This can be useful when trying to get a more credible source of information.
You can look at the information and decide if it looks reasonable.
One of my favorite ways is if your looking at a website, by looking at the web address. The more quality information web addresses are .org, .edu, .gov. More of the less reliable web address are .com and wiki.
