The graph should contain only straight lines but it gets tricky at the y-axis. For all negative x-values, you would make them positive (the negative of a negative number is positive. For example, -3 as a value for x would simply be 3 on the y-axis). However, once you cross the y-axis, the values for x are now positive and the positive of a negative is still negative. In other words, your x values are now all positive but your y values will be negative. The graph would increase up to the origin when on the left of the y-axis, and then decrease after you cross the axis. It should resemble an upside down “V” and the rate of change, or the slope, will always be 1.

Shade in some or all of the grids to show that 2 ones is the same as 20 tenths
scZoUnD [109]
Given three grids with each grid representing one whole.
Each grid represents 1 ones and each vertical bar of a grid represent 1 tenth.
There are 10 vertical bars in each grid, hence each grid represent 1 ones = 10 tenths and 2 grids represent 2 ones = 20 tenths.

Therefore, two complete grids are to be shaded to show that 2 ones is the same as 20 tenths
