Identify one way that a person can sustain an intentional injury and an unintentional injury. In each case, include an individua
Orlov [11]
You can sustain an intentional injury like by flopping in basketball where you purposely try to get the referee to give your opponent a foul. You fall and act like you are hurt. In this act you put yourself at risk of actually getting hurt. An unintentional injury could be as a football quarterback and you are scanning the field of who you will throw to. All of a sudden you are hit from your blindside and hurt whatever body part as you go down. This was unintentional and you didn't mean for it to happen. Things that can reduce the risk of injury are staying out of foul trouble in a sport and making sure your body is ready to take hits that can come at any moment. You can prepare your body by stretching and loosening it up. Hope this helps!

Why no life without water<br>
kakasveta [241]

Answer:

Your confused

Explanation:

Without enough water, the kidneys use more energy and wear on tissue. Your kidneys need to function adequately to flush out waste from your blood. Eventually, your kidneys will cease to function without adequate water intake. Other organs in your body may also cease to function without water.

With no water supply, all vegetation would soon die out and the world would resemble a brownish dot, rather than a green and blue one

You need water to digest your food and get rid of waste. Water is needed for digestive juices, urine (pee), and poop. And you can bet that water is the main ingredient in perspiration, also called sweat. Besides being an important part of the fluids in your body, water is needed by each cell to work.

Five reasons water is so important to your health

1.Water boots energy. Water delivers important nutrients to all of our cells, especially muscle cells, postponing muscle fatigue.

2.Water helps weight loss. Water helps you feel full longer, without adding any additional calories. ...

3.Water aids in digestion. ...

4.Water detoxifies. ...

5.Water hydrates skin.

Getting enough water every day is important for your health. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation and kidney stones. Water helps your body: Keep a normal temperature.

Animals need fresh water for their bodies to function. They gain water not only through the action of drinking but also from the food they eat. Water is vital for bodily functions such as regulation of temperature, nutrient uptake, removing wastes, body weight, and health.

All living things, from tiny cyanobacteria to giant blue whales , need water to survive. Without water, life as we know it would not exist. And life exists wherever there is water. All organisms, like animals and plants, use water : salty or fresh, hot or cold, plenty of water or almost no water at all.

That is why we all need water
