The numbers in the tens and hundreds are the least and the same. They might be zeros.
The thousands is 2x the ten thousands place. The ten thousands place now is either 2 or 1. The thousands place will either be 2 or 4.
The sum of all the digits is 24. We know that there will be an 8 and a 9 so if we add those up and subtract it from 24, we know the rest of the numbers need to add to 7.
8,924,001 would be your number.
