Hi! I would describe this component in my own words by saying component is flexibility by saying that the three components of flexibility are muscle elasticity and length, joint structure and nervous system. Yes, these components of fitness are very important as they help us do the things in our daily lives. I would say the nerve system is more important than the rest with the joint structure coming in second place. We need the nervous system because they they transfer nerve impulses between the parts of our body. I hope this is what you were looking for, Goodluck!

Erikson's psychosocial stages of development.

Erik Erikson stated in his work on psychosocial development that human personality typically develops in a pre-determined order known as the eight (8) stages of psychosocial development, from infancy to adulthood.

The eight stages of psychosocial development.

According to Erikson, the eight (8) stages of psychosocial development, from infancy to adulthood include the following:

 1. Trust versus Mistrust.
 2. Autonomy versus Shame and doubt.
 3. Initiative versus Guilt.
 4. Industry versus Inferiority.
 5. Identity versus Confusion.
 6. Intimacy versus Isolation.
 7. Generativity versus Stagnation.
 8. Integrity versus Despair.

The will stage of psychosocial development generally occurs between the ages of 1 year (18 months) to approximately 3 years. For example, a two (2) year old boy that is highly motivated and focused on learning how to ride his bicycle while developing a sense of personal control to be successful at it.
