<em />I would say letter A. the survey is voluntary and includes only listeners of the radio program. Since it is a radio program wherein the host first claimed that he will want to know who is against the new city ordinance. Since it is voluntary, then most likely only the ones against it would call since the ones for it do not have any reason to call and voice their opinions. Usually it would be the people that are against who would be feeling strong about their opinions. Therefore, we can say that this is biased.

Draw a square with a perimeter of 16 feet
Colt1911 [192]
You need a ruler and a pencil.  Oh and paper.  Make sure that each side is equal to 4 inches.  Then make a scale of 1:12, meaning 1 inch=1 foot.

F(x)=-4x^2+7x+6 how do you work this
Ainat [17]

There actually isn't anything to 'work'.  There's no question there.

The function simply describes the relationship between two numbers.

It says that whatever you pick for the first number, the second number is

(-4 times the square of the first one) plus (7 times the first one) plus (6) .

Your teacher may have assigned you something to do with the function,
like draw the graph of it, or find its maximum value (2.9375), or find where
it crosses the x-axis (2.381 and -0.63) or the y-axis (6).

But we can't tell what you've been assigned to do with it.  The function alone,
just as you've posted it, isn't asking a question, and doesn't call for any work.
