You would have open circles at 3 and 6.
x < 3 so the line will go from 3 to the left.
x > 6 so the line will go from 6 to the right.

Zolol [24]

Answer:

B (3, 13.5)

Step-by-step explanation:

Using point (0,0) and (15, 67.5) we can find the slope(gradient).

(y - y¹) / (x - x¹) = (67.5 - 0) / (15 - 0)

= 67.5 / 15 = 4.5

slope = 4.5

using the point given in option A (0, 4.5) with point (15, 67.5) to calculate the slope it gives 4.2 which is not equal to what we calculated.

using the option B (3, 13.5) with (15, 67.5) gives a slope of 4.5 which is equal to the slope of the line.

Is it possible to write a sequence that is both arithmetic and geometric
PIT_PIT [208]
It is not possible to write a sequence that is both arithmetic and geometric.
An arithmetic sequence is:
a0, a0 + d, a0 + 2d, a0 + 3d, ...

An geometric sequence is:
a0, a0r, a0r2, a0r3, ...

So if the two are equal, we have:
a0 = a0,
a0 + d = a0r,
a0 + 2d = a0r2,
a0 + 3d = a0r3,
...

This can only be true if d = 0 and r =1 and only for the first three terms. It's a trivial sequence with only three elements which can't be necessarily classified as a sequence.
