The heart rate is too high for an adult meaning it's tachycardic. a normal heart rate for an adult is 60-100, babies and children 100-120. the answer is tachycardia.

bradycardia means to slow, hypertensive is pertaining to high or low blood pressure and normotensive is normal blood pressure.
