Answer: b. sinkholes and caves

Ground water is a source or reservoir of water that forms beneath the under surface of rocks and soil, when the water from sources like precipitation, river, lakes, agricultural irrigation seeps through the pores. The accumulated water from the pores is a ground water. The upper layers of soil above the groundwater contains carbon and limestone. The water being combined with carbon becomes acidic which erodes limestone this results in formation of sinkholes and caves.

The correct answer should be b. sinkholes and caves

When limestone reacts with acids it creates CaOH and another acid. Eventually, when all limestone is dissolved, special caves are created that are called Karsts.

Answer:

The nucleus has an overall positive charge as it contains the protons. Every atom has no overall charge (neutral). This is because they contain equal numbers of positive protons and negative electrons. These opposite charges cancel each other out making the atom neutral.

When two or more identical capacitors are connected in series across a potential difference?
OlgaM077 [116]
<span>When two or more identical capacitors (or resistors) are connected
in series across a potential difference, the potential difference divides
equally among them.

For example, if you have nine identical capacitors (or resistors) all
connected end-to-end like elephants in a circus parade, and you
connect the string to a source of 117 volts (either AC or DC), then
you will measure

(117v / 9)  =  13 volts

across each unit in the string.</span>

a red ball moves horizontally in a 30 m long tube what is the displacement of the red ball between 0s and 24s?
gayaneshka [121]

Answer:

30 metres.

Explanation:

Given that a red ball moves horizontally in a 30 m long tube.

Displacement is the distance travelled in a specific direction. It has both magnitude and direction.

Since the motion is horizontal, it moves is a certain direction.

Within the stipulation of time, the displacement will be the distance covered in the horizontal direction which is 30 metres.

Therefore, the displacement of the motion of the red ball is 30 metres.
