This question can be solved using two methods. If 3/4 consumers said they could not read them all, that is 75% of the survey. If 2224 people participated, that is the whole, and not the part. So, your proportion would look like this. 75/100 = x/2224 is what it should look like. After solving the proportion, you should get 1668 people that could not read all of their emails. Another method is by multiplying decimals. If you have 75% , the decimal version would be .75. All you have to do is multiply 2224 by .75 and you should get your answer. The answer being (again) 1668. So it would be 1668 consumers that received more emails than they could read. Hope this helps, and have a nice day!

x = π/6, 5π/6, 7π/6, 11π/6

Step-by-step explanation:

The only things you need to know are 2 things:

1.) csc^2(x)=(csc(x))^2   , the exponent of trig functions are written in the middle

2.) csc(x)=\frac{1}{sin(x)}   , csc() is just the inverse of sin()

Determine if the situation is additive or multiplicative AND determine the equation that corresponds to the situation.
diamong [38]

Answer:

The situation is Multiplicative.

The equation will be y=2x

Step-by-step explanation:

We are given the table:

Input (x)          5       8      11

Output (y)      10     16     22

Looking at the table, we see that the value of x is doubled to get value of y

Looking at the trend: 5(2) = 10

8(2) = 16

11(2) = 22

The value of x is multiplies by 2 to get value of y.

So, The situation is Multiplicative.

Now, The equation will be y=2x

because we saw the trend, that every value of x is multiplied by 2 to get value of y.
