The ANC has only themselves to blame for the utter collapse. Their policies, incompetence, cadre deployment of incompetents to government have brought about ruin. Apartheid left them functioning infrastructure that did well to last until now, well past the design life, and a well run efficient civil service. It shows how good their build quality and plans were. The stuff put in by ANC BEE contractors lasts as long as a Made in China product. All they have done is given equal access to less and less so you have access to a failing collapsing product with no hope of salvation unless EVERYONE pays a fair price by what they use, and the ANC stops stealing that revenue.
