Observing the child for possible adverse effects from the medication is one of the most important things for the physician to express. This is because some children may not be able to communicate these effects, so the parents are better off looking for changes in behaviors that might signify some sort of side effect from the medication.

What is the greatest current threat to the loss of Earths biodiversity
luda_lava [24]
The greatest current threat to the loss of the Earth's biodiversity is global warming. This is because when the ice melts, the cold comes down to us and makes us have rainy summers and very early snow and cold springs and cold autumns. And when the ice melts enough, water will start to come down and flood countries and cities, such as Manhattan. Scientists are predicting that California will break away from America.

This confused me.
KonstantinChe [14]
The answer is A, denature.

As each type of enzymes has its own optimum temperature, like the temperature that they work fastest at, so if the temperature goes too high above the optimum, the 3D structure of the enzyme breaks apart and deforms and they can no longer bind with substrates thus no longer works. In this scenario, we say the enzyme is denatured.

Note that only if the temperature is too high can make the enzyme denature, if the temperature is too low, instead, the enzyme would be inactive, but once the temperature goes back to normal, they work again. Unlike denatured enzymes, which does not work even if the temperature goes back to normal.
