2) cancel 4 out on both sides

3) divide both sides by -2

4) subtract both sides by -2y

6) divide by 3
Y=0
Use the formula: A= (a+b/2)h
A=(8+5/2)6
A=39
The answer is the light blue box, 39cm^2
