1. Air borne- a germ that can remain alive along time in the air can be caught by breathing it in
2. Droplet: some one coughs near u and the droplets are inhaled.
3. Direct contact:can be caught by some type of fluid exchange. for example kissing, saliva or some other fluid exchange
4.Food Borne- sick person passed infection onto food they prepared and a different person eats it.
5.Indirect contact: someone is sick they touch a surface, the next person comes by and touches the surface and picks up the germ than touches their eye or mouth
