Stone age was a cultural stage of human development in which human beings were known as thew hunter-gatherers. They ate the food that was provided by the environment of the place they were living. For diet they were dependent on the local environment. Hence their diet included gathered seeds, nuts and fruits. They wore clothes made of animal skin or woven grasses. For shelter, people in the stone age lived on trees and caves etc.
