Eukaryotes have well defined nucleus within a membrane. Eukaryotic cells also have organelles like Mitochondria, Golgi apparatus, Endoplasmic reticulum and Lysosymes etc.  

Eukaryotes can be produced by Asexually by mitosis and Sexually by meiosis. Plant and Animal cells both are eukaryotes but plant cells have cell wall and animal cells do not have cell wall. Some examples of eukaryotes are: Animalia, Plantae, Fungi and Protista.
