The cause of the fever is sometimes the irregularities of bacteria that cause our white blood cells to exert more effort in fighting those bacteria. Because of that activity the tendencies would be the increase of body temperature and the decreased of physical health status or your immune system may get low.

the nurse prepares to discharge a client after an abdominal cholecystectomy with a t tube in place. which statement by a client
Angelina_Jolie [31]

Answer:

3. 5. and 6.

Explanation:

Based on the information provided within the question it can be said that if the client makes any of the following statements then they need further teaching from the nurse, "I can resume swimming laps three times a week", "I will call my HCP if I have green drainage" , or "I am glad I can lift whatever I want" . This is because, the t-tube should not be immersed in water, green drainage is normal and does not require a call to HCP, and no excercise or heavy lifting should be done for a minimum of 5 weeks.
