So, In the given options the graph satisfying these two points will be the transformation.

At x=4

y=|\frac{1}{4}x|

y=|\frac{1}{4}(4)|

y=1

The point satisfy the equation.

Therefore, Option 1- The transformed function is y=|\frac{1}{4}x|
