Is it possible for organs to be inside out and if it is how will the organs work like this

I'm pretty sure that organs might possibly be able to work inside out, but I'm not sure. Because then our hair and skin and stuff would be inside of us and our blood vessels and organs would be on the outside. Not many people would survive for long based on how some treat their bodies. You also have to think about injuries because it would be way more dangerous because things can get to our organs easily. Hope that helped a little! :)
