It would better your city. The city would look way nicer and a lot of people would probably enjoy a recycling program. For the reasons of having reused items so the dump won't be as bad and it would give more jobs and be a healthy way of discarding old paper and bottles. It could easily help out your city. The recycling program would be a great idea and I hope it could happen.

I hope this is what you wanted.....

The structure and function of specialised cells in multicellular organisms are different. Explain why this is possible if they a
NISA [10]

Answer:

<h2>Differential gene expression </h2>

Explanation:

1. Cell specialization occurs due to the differential gene expression, it is the process which is responsible for the production of cells with different traits at different positions and at different time. This process changes cells  from simple to more specialized in  both structure as well as in function. This is all due to the differential gene expression where all cells beside containing the same gene, express different genes in different cells.

2. Cell differentiation is very important among almost all multicellular organisms. This process results in the  formation of a complex organism with different types of tissues and cells from a zygote.

During an El Nino, warm water piles off of South America and cold water can't upwell. As a result, the _____________ can't rise
sergij07 [2.7K]

The correct answer is - nutrients.

The cold water is very rich in nutrients, and those nutrients are crucial for the survival of the small organisms as they are their primary food source. When El Nino occurs though, the water is becoming warmer and stops the up-welling of  the cold water, which also means that the nutrients remain deep with it. As a result, the small organisms are left without their primary food sources, thus they struggle to survive, and even die out in the region on a large scale.
