The correct answer is 2.

The statement by a team member that is the best example of an exemplary follower would be “I have noticed that the last few patients who fell were experiencing dementia. What if we focused on those patients first?”

All the other statements are very negative and are not patient focused and are not good examples of team members or followers. However this above statement by a team member is focusing on the patient and not on themselves, they are making observations and suggestions in an attempt to be a good team member and obviously acknowledge that the nurse leader is in charge and is needing some positive input from her team.
