Answer:

Hormones.

Explanation:

Hormones are substances produced by the glands that make up the so-called endocrine system. Each hormone has a different function, but some work together. From the endocrine glands in which each is produced, hormones are released into the blood and from there reach all the cells in the body - but will only act on those to which they are called, precisely target cells.

The cells have, on their membrane or inside, special receptors for that particular hormone. So we can say that hormones work as messengers that transmit orders with the right addresses and recipients. The central command of the team is the pituitary gland, located in the brain that, in addition to producing their own hormones, stimulates the other endocrines to manufacture the rest. Some have the  function of leaving your gland and traveling to another to warn you that you must produce the hormone that will perform the desired task.

Question: convert 22.63 miles of oxygen to volume<br><br> very urgent
Stels [109]

Answer:

506.912 L

Explanation:

From the question given above, the following data were obtained:

Number of mole of O₂ = 22.63 moles

Volume of O₂ =?

Recall:

1 mole of a gas occupy 22.4 L at STP.

With the above information, we obtained the volume occupied by 22.63 moles of O₂ as follow:

1 mole of O₂ occupied 22.4 L at STP.

Therefore, 22.63 moles of O₂ will occupy = 22.63 × 22.4 = 506.912 L at STP.

Thus, 22.63 moles of O₂ is equivalent to 506.912 L.

Which term best describes liquid behavior under pressure?
BartSMP [9]
The correct answer is incompressible. Liquids or fluids that behave under pressure are called incompressible fluids because they tend to behave through flowing movements. An example of an incompressible fluid is the lava which comes out of a volcano where once out of the atmosphere becomes dense and flows at a constant volume and velocity.

mickey reacts magnesium with 1.0 M of hydrochloric acid. the reaction tales 2 minutes and 34 seconds to complete. what are 2 way
lutik1710 [3]

Answer:

Explanation:

To slow down this reaction, we can use any of the methods listed below:

  • Increase the size of the magnesium by using solid lumps of  the metal. This will take a much faster time to react than powered and granulated magnesium.
  • Reduce the concentration of the acid.
  • Let the reaction take place at a much lower temperature than that given.

These conditions will slow down a chemical reaction.
