<span>From the concluding part of the question, it may be inferred that If he picked strawberry for an hour that means he picked strawberry for 60 minutes. Okay so for 15 minutes he earned $2 Then in 60 minutes he will earn X So 15 * X = 2 * 60 Then it follows that X = 120/15 = $8 On the other hand if he earns $2.40 for 15 minutes picking blueberry Then it follows that he earned $X in 45 minutes. Also X * 15 = 2.4 * 45 X = (2.4 * 45) / 15 = $7.2 So he earned $7.2 + $8 = $15.2 So</span>

Let p be the population proportion for the following condition. Find the point estimates for p and q. In a survey of 1226 adults
weeeeeb [17]

Answer:

(a)0.3303

(b)0.6697

Step-by-step explanation:

Point estimation is the use of sample data to calculate a single value which serves as a best estimate of a given unknown population parameter.

Total Sample=1226

Number who said that they were not confident that the food they eat in country A is safe=405.

The point estimate of those who said that they were not confident that the food they eat in country A is safe is given as \^{p}

(a)Point Estimate for p,

\^{p}=\frac{405}{1226} =0.3303

(b)Point estimate for q, \^{q}=1- (point estimate for p)

=1-0.3303

=0.6697

Rewrite using a single positive exponent. 3-6 -5
yarga [219]

Answer:

1 \div {3}^{( 30)}

Step-by-step explanation:

There are exponent rules I posted above that are being used here.

We have (3^-6)^-5

Since we have a power times a power, we multiply 6 and 5 to get -30. Look at the first example in the photo.

So, we're left with 3^-30.

If you look at the photo, there's a rule for negative exponents.

Take the inverse of the base number, so 3 in this case:

1 / 3

and then make the exponent positive after taking the inverse.

So, we should get 1 / 3^30

Hope this helps!
