Answer:

(d) $200 million.

Explanation:

For computing the increase in nominal GDP first we have to determine the net tax which is equal to

= 0.90 ×$200 million

= $180 million

So, the net increase in government spending is

= $200 million - $180 million

= $20 million

And, we know that

Multiplier = 1 ÷ (1 - MPC)

= 1 ÷ (1 - 0.9)

= 1 ÷ 0.1

= 10

So, the increase in nominal GDP is

= $20 million × 10

= $200 million

muminat

Answer:

Well, work place safety is key. Fire breaks out, slipping hazards, chemicals, will you be here tomorrow? That question is used over and over. It`s true, do you know the hazards of the workplace? Familiarize yourself with your workplace environment, hazards, tools to suppress the hazards or to prevent them all together. When fire breaks out, it is crucial to know how to operate the hand portable or a wheeled fire extinguisher unit (s). When chemicals combust and leak, or just leak, it is crucial again to don the appropriate PPE and containment procedures to stop the chemicals from spreading. With machinery, you have to beware off the surroundings. If not, good luck getting you leg out of your hydraulic press, getting the nail out of your eye when you DIDN`T the correct PPE to protect your eye when you hit the nail wrong and it came back at you. You must maintain your PPE and extinguishers, or other items like spill and clean up stations. All of this is important. We`ll go over how you use the portable hand extinguisher. We will have live fires of each kind to give you the proper know how. To tackle a gasoline fire, come from the back, bounce the AFFF foam off the concrete ( Or other surface) to smother the fire quickly and efficiently. You can do this with every other B rated unit. A is wood/trash ext. B is for combustible liquids like greases/gas ext. C is live electrical units, if the power is shut off, these become A fires. Different extinguishing agents are PKP (purple potassium powder), ammonium phosphate multi purpose dry chemical, sodium bicarbonate, halon 1211 ( made first by the Amerex corporation), Co2, water, AFFF foam, halotron (replacing halon1211), and for last, dry compound, this is for class d fires, combustible metals like magnesium. class K is for large kitchens like a deli. Now, for chemicals, things get bad. You need the correct PPE, weather thick butane gloves, hazmat over boots, and a suit, plus respirators, heck even a fully encapsulated suit with on board oxygen is needed. Get to now your gear, we will train live with mock hazards. You will don and doff the PPE with a buddy using the buddy system. This is not easy, practice, it will take time and wits.

Explanation: I will do live training for hazmat/fire fighting drills. These will cover every hazard found in the place of work. Now, I might have not covered everything, but I thought about  a place where fire hazards and chemical spills are common. My presentation will be done outside and live training will be used. Also feel free to share this, the fire hazard part can be used in the home to. Stay safe and don`t forget to practice drills in your workplace, school, and home.
