The answer is ''Adelle is driving after trying cocaine at a party''.

It would be Adelle because she is driving under the influence of a drug which leads to being high and other symptoms. Isaac is smoking which is allowed when driving (many people who smoke do that and it doesn't affect the person's driving) ibuprofen won't give the same affects as cocaine and having a few sips of wine is not considered being under influence as long as it's under a certain amount and wine isn't (in most cases) a highly alcoholic drink. Therefore, I say it would be Adelle who is DUI. I hope this helps!
