Carbohydrates are in place of simple sugars and complex carbs which either are quick energy or stored energy for performance. Without carbs, the body will shut down because you need sufficient energy to keep going. Carbs are what keeps you moving and functioning.

There are four states
1)Alert: The person is basically still alive
2)Verbal: About to be unconcious
3)Pain: Verbal but can still feel pain
4)Unconcious: About to die, the body will feel cold but the heart is still beating.
1. Good communication- good communication helps you understand your partner more and understand them enough to trust them
2. Trust- trusting your partner makes things so much easier in your relationship because you won’t have to question them being loyal to you if they show it
3. Personal space - let your partner Miss you, they don’t have to text u 24/7 or be around you, it’s not good for your social health
