I'm trying to get a six pack and build more muscle at my core as well as getting my forearms bigger. I'm 15 and 6ft and weigh ap

proximately 170pounds, I have only a pull up bar that has different variations of pull ups. But what type of exercises can I do that will meet my future goals? without paying a ton for equipment.

For beginners you are going to have a mindset to make sure that you workout everyday, you are also going to have to do 5 sets of pull ups for 1 min intervals(if you flex ur abdomen while doing pull ups you strengthen ur abdominal muscles) same goes for push ups and sit ups aswell:)

I think it’s 100 because well it’s depends on the egg(fried,boiled,raw etc) 100 grams of egg white(raw) calories is 52. And 100grams of complete egg(raw) calories is 143. It ends up being fewer with 91.
