How are aerobic activities different from anaerobic activites?

Aerobic exercise is any activity that uses your arms and legs to move your body. Your muscles are used in continuous rhythmic or repetitive motions, increasing your heart rate and respiration while building your physical endurance

Anaerobic exercise targets your individual muscles.
Anaerobic exercise builds muscle through short bursts of strenuous activity like weightlifting or performing push-ups at high levels of intensity.

Alternating between running and walking
Lesechka [4]
Alternating between running and walking is important, especially if you're not a professional runner. You should be walking from time to time to recover a bit from the strain that the running put on you, but not too much or your body starts to cool down and then you have to work all over again or you might lose energy.
