Equilibrium is only static at a constant temperature, volume, concentration etc.  If you change any of these things the position of equilibrium will shift right or left this being dynamic not static.

What geological forces might be responsible for this range of mountains?
mart [117]
Mountains are built by tectonic processes that cause portions of the Earth's crust to rise. These processes are fueled by the escape of heat from the interior of the Earth, causing crustal uplift by volcanic activity and by movement along faults that, in turn, is responsible for the formation of mountains.

The temperature of a 5.00-L container of N2 gas is increased from 20 ∘C to 250 ∘C. If the volume is held constant, predict quali
Lana71 [14]

Answer: The average kinetic energy of the molecules will increase.

Explanation: We are given a container having fixed volume of 5.00L and there is an increase in the temperature of the cotainer from 20°C to 250°C.

The average kinetic energy is directly related to the temperature of the gas.

Mathematically,

K.E._{avg}=\frac{3R}{2N_A}T

From the above expression, as we increase the temperature of the gas, the average kinetic energy of the gas increases and vice-versa.

In the given question, the temperature of the gas is increasing and hence, the average kinetic energy of the molecules will also increase.
