<span>In the cells of some organisms, mitosis occurs without cytokinesis. this results in THE CELLs WITH MORE THAN ONE NUCLEUS. After the DNA duplication in the cell, mitosis occurs during which two chromosome sets are separated by the formation of two nuclei. Lack of mitosis would lead to lack of cytokinesis ie., cytoplasm and nuclei will not e divided and would be present in a single cell itself.</span>
