A hangover causes massive headaches and what not. but rarely memory loss. so MIKE definetly blacked out.

Hello There!

Mike was suffering an alcohol induced blackout. This happens when more alcohol than the body can handle is consumed. After sleeping / passing out the person would struggle to remember things from then.
