Cecilia's is the healthiest. Persisting until the other gives in is unhealthy and shows a lack of openness that's needed during a conflict. This is different with Cecilia, because she's always open to a middle ground, and not getting exactly what she'd like. Philip seems to think that having the other person thinking what he does is his end goal. The resolution should be something both parties are comfortable with, and getting frustrated and walking away instead of working it out isn't the best strategy

This won't really effect people as healthcare plans are chosen by the recipient of it in most cases.
