In the individualism view, the ethical behavior improvements long term self-interests. The basic knowledge is that society will be best off if everybody deeds in a way that maximizes his or her own utility or happiness. Conferring to this seeing platform, people apparently become self regulating as they persist long term individual leads. It is thought to promise honesty and integrity but in business it may result in greed.
