   B. 26.4 Million people.

Step-by-step explanation:

3. A.

1: 33.89+110.65 = 144.54 Total pop. of Mexico and Canada.

2: 317.64-144.54 = 173.1 million.

Population of the United States minus the total population of Mexico and Canada as found before.

B.

33.89+30.81 = 64.7

64.7-38.3 = 26.4 million people.

Part a is simple just add Mexico and Canada together then take then the formula is US-Mexico and Canada explain my saying how you figured it out

part b is a little more complicated but basically the entire population of Canada is 33.89 million people and the 2 most populated states are 30.81 times greater then the entire population of Canada so first you add that with Canada’s total population and you get 64.7 million now we know the most populated city in the us is 38.3 million so you go 64.7-38.3 and you get 26.4 million for the second most populated state

Ten minus One-third of a number is 4
zloy xaker [14]
Ok, so you automatically know that you are subtracting 6 from 10 to get 4. So, in order to figure out how it is 1/3 of that number, it is going to be multiplied by 3, getting 18. So, the number would be 18.

A manufacturer of computer logic boards is changing to a new model. The amount of time to setup for the new logic boards is
natima [27]

Answer:

1.5 batches take 12.375 hour

Step-by-step explanation:

The first batch takes 10.5 hours, meaning only .5 batches are left. You then take the time that each new full batch takes (4.25) and divide it by 2 as you only need half of one batch. Meaning 0.5 of a batch takes 2.125 hours. You then take the time of the two batches (10.5, and 2.125) and add them, leaving you with 12.625. Meaning 12.375 is the most viable answer.
