<span>The fluctuation in emotional states is a
disorder called Emotional Dysregulation. This disorder is also known as BPD
(Borderline Personality Disorder). The behaviour showing emotional
dysregulation is mood swings. The behaviours that shows that the person have
BPD is having a problem in calming himself, having negative thoughts and always
being negative, and being an impulsive in making decisions.</span>
Many of the European thinkers of the Enlightenment period were greatly influential to the Founding Fathers, especially Jefferson, who used Locke's ideas when writing the Declaration of Independence.
