utilities: 120/4500 = 0.026 = 2.6% ( round to 3% maybe)
food: 475/4500 = 0.105 = 10.5% (round to 11% maybe)
savings: 1600 / 4500 = 0.355 = 35.5% (round to 36% maybe)
Student Loan: 270 / 4500 = 0.06 = 6%
Other expenses: 485 / 4500 = 0.107 = 10.7% (round to 11% maybe)
You didn't say if they needed to be rounded so I gave you the options on the ones that may need it.
