Not only does smoking affect your lungs, causing breathing complications, but it does also affect your heart with an increase risk of heart failure. As people continue smoking, they realize contrasting symptoms. Some of the symptoms are uneven heart beating, high blood pressure (increase of a stroke happening), and the increasing of the heart rate. The nicotine in a cigarette is critical as well. They bring a great deal of the person smoking to have a stroke, blood clot, or heart attack.<span />

how long should a person run in order to loose a lot of calories? or is there anything else that is better than running?
Alchen [17]
You could run 30 minutes and burn a lot of calories. Its not healthy to run more than an hour if you don't do it regularly though. Studies show that you can lose more calories bicycling than you can running.

I do parkour and have burned A LOT of calories from that.

hope this helps!
