How have you shown RESILIENCE since March, 2020?
Xelga [282]

Answer:

Dealing with this pandemic made me more resilient because I had to adapt to this new way of life. As Megan Gunnar said, “We learn to handle stress by handling stress”. I think that having to change and adapt from the way I learn to constantly being around my family has made me more resilient. I had to conquer online school, isolation, and being stuck in my home (where my family does not belive in rasicm and are anti maskers). I showed myself that in difficult, life changing situations I can and will be able to adapt. And it feels great.
