Jin has 1 and 3 tens.So that would be equals to
= 1 tens + 3 tens = 4 tens or 40.
Next, Carla has 4 and 6 ones.
So that would be equals to
= 4 ones + 6 ones = 1 tens or 10.
Now, the question is, what number can they make together.
This simply means that if were going to add up the numbers that they both have, then how much will they make?
=> 40 + 10 = 50 or 5 tens.
<span>Since, jin has a total of 4 tens and Carla has a total of 1 tens.</span>

weqwewe [10]

Answer:

1/80 of the agency's employees have PhDs.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that:

Total number of employees = 4000

Number of employees with bachelors degree = 1000

Fraction of employees with graduate degree = 1/4 of 1000 = 250

1/5 of the employees with graduate degrees have PhD.

Number of employees with PhDs = 1/5 of 250 = 50

Now,

Fraction of PhD employees to total employees = \frac{50}{4000} = \frac{1}{80}

Hence,

1/80 of the agency's employees have PhDs.

A sum of money is divided among peter paul and jane in ratio 13:12:7 calculate how much paul gets if amount peter gets more than
Nikitich [7]
First we define variables:
 x: Money Peter receives
 y: Money Paul receives
 z: Money Jane receives
 We write the system of equations:
 x / y = 13/12
 x / z = 13/7
 x = z + 78
 Solving the system we have:
 x = $ 169
 y = 156 $
 z = 91 $
 Answer:

Paul gets 156 $
