Water is very scarce, or very rare, in Africa which means those living there would have to adapt to that lifestyle. This causes them to have to make changes in order to get the best use of their water. This has affected the development of civilization because they cannot develop into a continent like North America because they do not have sufficient water resources in order to supply those that would be living there.
While the apple is on the tree, it has potential energy. As soon as it begins to move, some of the potential energy is transformed into kinetic energy. When it falls down, the potential energy transforms more and more; shortly before the apple hits the ground, there is merely potential energy left, it all transformed into kinetic energy.
And always keep in mind, the potential energy doesn’t disappear! Energy always just transforms

Answer: Census is, an official count or survey of a population, which determines how many people live there.

Answer: The United States takes it every 10 years.
3) How is it given?
Answer:Today, census forms are mailed to every household. The head of each household is required to fill out the form and return it. In the past, workers went door-to-door to complete each census form. Some of the information census taker asked for in the 1940 Census included:
The value of the home, or the monthly rent
Name of each person who lived there
Relationship of each person to the head of the household
Each person’s gender and race
Each person’s age
Highest grade of school each person completed
Birthplace of each person (state, territory, or foreign country)
Occupation of each person, if working
5) How does it affect the legislative branch?
Answer: It affects the legislative branch by determining the seats of representatives that each state gets in the U.S. House of Representatives.
