Please help. having trouble finding the unit rate.

The unit rate is the slope. m = Δy/Δx
So you want the Δx (change in x) to be 1

Because that point says for 1 person, the cost of the ticket will be $15 which is exactly what we want for a unit rate.  That is $15 per 1 person.
