In the early 1930s, Richard LaPiere went on a road trip with a young Chinese couple. He expected to encounter many difficulties

at restaurants and hotels given the negative attitudes towards Chinese people at that time. However, he did not encounter many problems. After the trip, he called the establishments and asked them their attitude about serving a Chinese visitor. Most of these places said they would NOT serve Chinese people. Answer:

His findings suggests that attitude and action differ.

Explanation:

Attitudes are social behavioral pattern and preconception to certain social behaviors which has tendency for adjustment as situation arises. These attitudes are drawn from social experiences and does not necessary mean that it is inherent in the person and gives room for adjustment.

The popular speech by Nelson Mandela sums it up, "nobody is born to hating another because of his color of skin, tribe or religion. People must learn to hate and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, because love comes naturally to heart than its opposite".

In the test stated here, Richard LaPiere road trip is suggestive that aside their attitude, their action did not show collective agreement to negative disposition against the Chinese people.

pickupchik [31]

Answer: Cyber loafing.

Explanation: Cyber loafing is a term used to describe the actions of employees who use their internet access to work for personal use while pretending to do legitimate work. Cyber loafing is derived from the term goldbricking, which originally referred to applying gold coating to a brick of worthless metal. Today, both goldbricking and cyber loafing (along with cyber slacking and cyber bludging) are used to refer to this phenomenon. For companies that employ cyber loafers, this behavior leads to inefficiency.
